Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here is how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Stationery Items

Physical products like notebooks, pens, and files can be returned within 3 days of purchase if they are unused and in their original packaging. A full refund or exchange will be provided.

2. Digital Services (MP Online)

Fees for digital services (form filling, PAN application, etc.) are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective government portal. If a service fails due to our technical error, we will re-process it at no extra cost.

3. Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged item, please report it immediately at the store counter for an instant replacement.

4. Process

Refunds are processed in the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.
