We provide high-quality school and office stationery supplies, books, notebook bundles, computer peripherals, printing services, and digital MP Online e-governance citizen assistance.

We endeavor to provide accurate descriptions, high-resolution imagery, and realistic pricing for all stationery products. However, packaging, brand logos, or minor specifications may vary according to manufacturer updates.

Prices for items are subject to change without prior notice. Wholesale tier pricing applies strictly to verified retailers, bulk purchasers, and registered institution accounts with minimum order quantities.

For all MP Online citizen services—including PAN Card applications, Samagra e-KYC, Aadhaar enabled services, college admissions, online examinations, job forms, and revenue certificates—the applicant is solely responsible for providing genuine, accurate, and valid documentation.

All government application fees are charged strictly as per current official department gazette notifications, plus our standard service and processing facilitation charges.

We accept payments through multiple digital channels including Instant UPI QR (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM), NetBanking, Credit/Debit Cards, Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible local delivery zones, and authorized retailer store credit ledgers.

For retailers maintaining open credit ledgers, agreed settlement terms must be honored within the invoice payment cycle to avoid temporary suspension of bulk dispatch privileges.

Orders placed through our online store are packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Estimated delivery timelines depend on destination distance and courier transit conditions. Customers can track live consignment updates using our online Order Tracking Portal.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect stationery item, please notify us via WhatsApp or phone within 48 hours of delivery along with photograph proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

Digital MP Online government application fees and citizen submission fees cannot be refunded once an application has been processed on the official government server.

Mudit Stationary And Mp Online Center shall not be held liable for delays or rejections arising from state or central government portal downtimes, server maintenance, policy changes by government departments, or postal/courier transit delays outside our direct control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to store transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Madhya Pradesh.
